Firearm Mishaps and related failures

The Following pictures were sent to me by a friend from the www.1919a4.com website.

These depict a separated case of a .308 NATO round fired through a Browning 1919a4.  This is a VERY dangerous condition.  Any ammunition lot that is found to act in this way needs to be examined, as well as headspacing checked on the firearm!!!
